Bud Design Studio
Eden and Amanda joined together to form Bud Design Studio in 2011. With over
30 years experience in the graphic design and illustration industry, Eden and Amanda have the knowledge, creativity, and diversity of skills to produce solutions which are unique, thoughtful and lasting. The boutique nature of their studio allows for attention to detail in every project with quality, personalised service. Bud Design Studio specialises in identities, print, packaging, wine labels, signage, websites and illustration.
Eden Cartwright
Eden studied Visual Arts
at the SA School of Art and completed a Bachelor of Design at the University of South Australia in 1987. His career began in Sydney as a designer and illustrator at one of Australia’s most respected design studios. Having gained invaluable experience, he returned to Adelaide where he later operated his own design
studio for over 10 years. His work has been published, awarded and exhibited Australia-wide. As an illustrator, Eden’s diverse styles have been invaluable to many clients, in particular, environmental organisations, an area of great interest. He completed a Bachelor of Biodiversity and Environmental Management and worked full-time within this field. Eden now combines his passions for design, art and nature through his work at Bud Design Studio and volunteering in the environmental field.
Amanda Cartwright
Amanda studied Visual Arts at Flinders University and then went on to complete an Advanced Diploma of Advertising/Graphic Design.
Her career began at one of Adelaide’s most awarded design studios, where she gained invaluable experience working with a diverse range of clients. After 6 years she went on to work as a Senior Designer gaining further experience in design, project management and art direction. During this time she focussed extensively on wine label and packaging design. With over 10 years experience, Amanda began her own business continuing work for a diverse range of clients including the wine industry.
She now enjoys working collaboratively with Eden on a range of projects and has a shared interest in art and nature.
